The Mindset prism is about cultivating the ability to see ourselves, others, and our life's experiences from an expansive perspective; then choosing the most empowering outlook with compassion and creating a future we truly want. It allows us to adopt and foster witness consciousness to engage with ourselves, others, and the world in a thoughtful, curious, and intentional way.
In this Keynote, Ayesha helps us identify that when our mindset, sets of beliefs, and attitudes become a barrier to our wellbeing and happiness, we need to re-adjust and alter our perspective or it stops us in our tracks. She teaches us that instead of being victims of our experiences we can be the heroes of our stories. It is in life’s most important moments when we get to choose how we look at a situation and what we take from it.
While we cannot control everything that happens to us, we can learn to expand our perspective and use that to fuel us forward. This allows us to confidently power through adversity and change to achieve the life we truly want and make the impacts we are meant to make in this world.
